Vladimir was born on 26th April 1948 in Kaliningrad. When he was seven his family left for the Kurile Islands where he was living for 3 years.
In 1960 Vladimir and his family moved to Ivangorod - 150 km from St. Petersburg.

Vladimir primarily works in two areas: pure abstraction and still life painting.  His simplified still life paintings – influenced by the postt-Impressionist paintings of Paul Cezanne - create enormous visual intrigue as they playfully engage the viewer…….Utilizing the repetition of colour and shape, Titov’s paintings posses a formal balance that gives the often completely abstracted images a sense of weight and stability.

Vladimir enjoys a successful career as an artist, having exhibited his work extensively throughout his home country of Russia.
