There is a wonderful sense of light and colour in Elaine's work and Elaine's paintings evoke memories of long summer walks along wooded pathways. Elaine takes the viewer through shaded areas of woodland and into illuminated open spaces, which can be common and familiar to the surroundings in which we live. |
